Incredible mass mortality block. This one piece of matrix contains 4 completely different species with most of them preserved and prepared perfectly. There are a few bugs with some segments missing. The trilobites featured on this specimen consist of Leoharpes, Reedops, Crotalocephalus, and Zlichovaspis ruqosa. All these species came from the middle Devonian and lived alongside one another over 400 million years ago. Very rare to you get to see all of these species in a mass mortality and prepared this well. It was discovered and excavated in Oufaten Morocco in the tazoulait formation.
